Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, Product-Led Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a player/coach, actively participating in sales efforts
while providing mentorship and guidance to team members
Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize
the self-service customer journey
Analyze sales data and market trends to pinpoint growth
opportunities and optimizations
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) sales,
selling a developer product to product and developers
Startup experience is highly preferred, showcasing a track record
of propelling rapid growth within a fast-paced environment
Strong technical acumen and familiarity with developer tooling and
infrastructure technologies
Experience in analyzing data to recognize patterns and pull out
insights that help drive GTM decisions
Bachelor's degree or coursework in Engineering, Computer Science or
a comparable field, have completed a Developer bootcamp, or have
some equivalent technical experience
