Job Description The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the
seamless operation of the basic accounting functions of a
manufacturer of high-performance and racing auto parts, and
ensuring a flawless relationship between Accounts Receivable and
the Customer Accounts Payable. Will be teamed with other
individuals with shared responsibilities. Includes benefits.

be vaccinated. Key responsibilities include: --- Accounts Payable
--- Accounts Receivable --- Sales Order Processing --- Cash
Receipts --- Bank Reconciliations --- Credit Card Processing ---
Maintain Accounting Filing System --- Process and maintain customer
orders in company database --- Print and transmit/mail customer
invoices --- Issue and transmit/mail customer credit memos ---
Monitor and update pricing for customers in company database ---
Ensure EDI compliance with customers --- Answer all customer
inventory inquiries --- Review chargebacks and short payments on
customer accounts --- Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs)
--- Troubleshoot customer issues via phone/email --- Update USMCA
certificates and insurance paperwork for customers --- Answer multi
line phone system --- Ad hoc reporting for National Sales Manager
The successful candidates will have: --- Good attention to detail
and accuracy --- Initiative --- The ability to work independently
as well as part of a team --- 3 years of Accounting / Customer
Service experience Compensation will be commensurate with
experience and skill, and subject to performance-based review. Full
