Who we are seeking:Financial Due Diligence professionals who are seeking to expand their skillset into financial modeling and broaden their M&A exposure, while contributing to a growing firm in an entrepreneurial environment. High performing audit Associates and Senior Associates in the Big4 or large national CPA firms who are seeking to learn Financial Due Diligence and financial modeling. Responsibilities & Duties:Learn and perform basic financial due diligence engagementsLearn to identify key risks and evaluate business driversSupport team with financial statement analysis including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key operational dataAssess net assets and cash flowsAssist in creating reports (including Quality of Earnings reports) and presentations for clients that highlight the key financial, commercial, and other findings facing investments and the drivers behind maintainable profits and cash flowsLearn and perform basic FP&A and modeling engagements, including 3-statement financial and operational models Help to synthesize and convert data into meaningful metrics to analyze business performance and driversCompose and analyze detailed financial reporting packages, operational KPIs, liquidity, and other reportsAssist in the construction of deal-oriented reports and presentations for clients using PowerPoint, Excel, and BI technologiesManage and prioritize responsibilities and proactively consult with senior team members Qualifications & Requirements:Senior Analyst candidates should have an undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields. Postgraduate degrees are a plus but not necessary. Ideal Senior Analyst candidates should have 1-3 years of prior professional work experience and should have started their career in audit with an accounting or consulting firm, or otherwise have a background in financial due diligence, investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A. Candidates capable of demonstrating a strong alignment with our core values, with an interest in private equity, M&A, and transaction services will do well.
