and managing their bank accounts and finances. Provide expert
advice on financial products and services, including loans,
deposits, and investment options. Understand and analyze client
needs to offer personalized banking solutions. Maintain and grow
relationships with customers to achieve banking objectives. Conduct
finance reviews to ensure clients are offered products that meet
their needs. Help clients navigate online and mobile banking
platforms. Stay abreast of the latest banking products and services
to provide accurate information to customers. Ensure compliance
with all financial regulations and upholding privacy and security
standards. Strong knowledge of financial products and services
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in handling monetary transactions accurately Ability to
analyze financial data and provide appropriate financial advice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with
banking software and digital banking tools Certified Personal
Banker (CPB) designation desired Compliance with local, state, and
federal banking regulations and laws
