Type: Contract / Temporary Pay Range: $28-$32 per hour Location:
Remote/Hybrid (based on client needs) About the Role We are seeking
a highly skilled Operations Associate with direct, hands?on
experience in Amazon Vendor Central . This role supports daily
operational workflows, ensuring accurate order management,
inventory reconciliation, and issue resolution within Amazon's
systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail,
experience working with large retail/wholesale order flows, and the
ability to resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally. Key
Responsibilities Reconcile and validate order and inventory data
within Amazon Vendor Central , ensuring accuracy across all
shipments and confirmations. Monitor all open purchase orders ,
identifying delays or discrepancies and proactively resolving
issues. Research and resolve product shortages , shipment
variances, and routing discrepancies. Maintain accurate internal
documentation for all orders, fulfillment updates, and SKU details.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, customer service, and
planning teams to ensure smooth order flow. Track and escalate
chargebacks, shortages, or compliance issues when required. Support
ongoing process improvements to increase order accuracy and
operational efficiency. Required Skills & Experience 1-3 years of
experience working with Amazon Vendor Central (Seller Central
experience is a plus). Strong understanding of Amazon supply chain
workflows: ASNs, ARNs, routing, chargebacks, compliance, vendor
requirements, shortages, and acknowledgements. Experience
reconciling inventory, researching discrepancies, and managing
high?volume order pipelines. Comfortable working cross?functionally
with logistics, planning, and customer support teams. Proficient in
Excel and general data?tracking tools. Will be tested on Excel
Detail?oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under
