Key Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting tasks and general ledger maintenance Support bank and escrow account reconciliations Help prepare monthly financial reports Process transactions, journal entries, and account adjustments Assist with 1099s, reporting, and audit preparation Maintain organized financial records and documentation Qualifications 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks or similar software Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
