Administrator will support our sales team, office staff, and
customers by handling clerical & administrative duties. The chosen
candidate must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be
a team player. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones
and greet customers/vendors Schedule UPS/UPS Freight pickups Create
and enter sales and service orders Assist with monitors setups and
updates Coordinate with dispatch on delivery locations Trace,
track, and expedite fuel orders Create and maintain contact with
customers to ensure timely delivery of goods Assist sales team with
all administrative needs Assist other departments with clerical &
administrative needs Setting up new locations for delivery of goods

Requirements: Must have at least 3 years' experience in
administration Must have excellent customer service skills Must be
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must have a strong attention
