div divbTitle/b: Department Admin/div divbLocation:/b Ann Arbor, MI/div divbDuration/b: 7+ months/div divbEducation/b: Some post-secondary education preferred/div divbExperience/b: 5 yrs administrative support experience required/div div/div divbResponsibilities/b:/div liAssist with clerical and admin projects./li liWork with general Microsoft Office applications/li liFiling, scanning, photocopying, faxing, organizing, multitasking, setting up meetings and reserving conferences rooms./li liArranges and makes notifications of appointments and travel reservations/arrangements leveraging the Corporate Travel Desk (BCD Travel)./li liMaintain and submit Travel Expense Reports and P-Card logs for PCE2 Team Members assuring timely submission and accurate documentation;/li liProvide support in researching any discrepancies/issues to reconcile budgeting issues./li liMay independently research and obtain information for complex reports and special assignments./li liContacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information in support of department operations/li liParticipate in department administrative staff support meetings; provide administrative and secretarial backup for other Department Assistants as needed./li liAssist PCE2 GM Managers in Special Projects such as Budget BDR Tracking./li liAssist PCE2 GM Managers in preparing in 1) monthly Open PO reply to Purchasing Group and 2) monthly PCE2 Accrual Report to AF-AA./li liShare responsibility with NH mentor to conduct the following training to new hires: PeopleSoft Expense Report System, P-Card Process, Travel Vision Online Travel Arrangement System, PR-PO Process, Time Labor Timesheet Entry./li liAssist PCE2 GM in tracking Capital Project status./li liAssist annual BOK/TRIM maintenance activities./li liResponsible for handling of PCE2#8217;s TMNA Reports: assign report number and distribute report within TMNA and to TMC including Tech admin. Create and maintain the PCE2 TTC/Technical Report Index./li liSchedule Department Meetings and prepare meeting agenda to support meeting facilitator./li liOrder non-general supply as-needed and monitors non-general supplies budget and make recommendations to managers regarding purchase decisions./li liDepartment project lead for administrative activities (Ex: Capital asset management, budget tracking, procure and schedule test vehicles)/li /ul div/div divbSkills/b:/div liAdvanced Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Peoplesoft, Visio and Access databases are a plus)./li liGood verbal, written and interpersonal skills along with the ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and concerns effectively./li liStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail./li liProactive, self-starter and ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision./li liExcellent follow-up skills./li liProven ability and exceptional professionalism and judgement in interfacing effectively with associates and contingents at all levels./li /ul div/div div/div divspan style='color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87); font-family: Arimo, quot;Helvetica Neuequot;, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'Tata Technologies is a company dedicated to bringing better products to market for our customers and to the millions of people around the world who benefit from them.
