  • Global Promotions Planning
    • Work with the Head of School and senior leadership to develop quarterly promotions plan to meet or exceed enrollment goals and strengthen Eton's brand.
      • Develop weekly Eton success stories to be promoted internally and externally
        • Support global school communication
          • Weekly newsletter writing, editing, distribution
            • Help gather important announcements to be included to weekly message
              • Collecting photos and video content for weekly success stories and social media collateral
                • Social media content creation, promoting, posting and monitoring
                  • Engage with all relevant social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube with the goal to create engagements that increase admissions and tutoring inquires
                    • Graphic and short video creation in Canva or other software tools
                      • Longer form video creation in WeVideo or Loom
                        • Monitoring sentiment from online community in various parenting groups
                          • Manage Paid Advertising and Direct Mail Promotions
                            • Help plan and manage paid advertising campaigns
                              • Website Content Management
                                • External website: posting news items, events, etc. (in WEBSITE MANAGEMENT)
                                  • Internal resource boards: posting documents, links, etc. (in CORE)
                                    • Monitoring Eton's website presence
                                      • Performing SEO analysis
                                        • Analytics
                                          • Provide reporting and analysis:
                                            • Website analytics
                                              • Google analytics
                                                • Social media analytics
                                                  • Earned and pushed Public Relations
                                                    • Looking for opportunities to promote our content, story, and keep the pulse of education, COVID, etc.
                                                      • Video interviews, web series, etc. pushing our own content
                                                        • Supporting Admissions & Enrollment and the Hartmann-Eton Center for Teaching & Learning
                                                          • Promoting virtual admissions events
                                                            • Promote virtual CTL events
                                                              • Setting up event meetings
                                                                • Zoom meetings set to have Ellen as the contact and co-host, setting up registration, posting registration link to website, social media (Facebook event creation), local event boards (such as Patch, Metro Parent)
                                                                  • Monitoring the email mailbox and triaging messages to the appropriate contacts (admissions, academics, HOS, etc.)
                                                                    • Supporting the Academic Program
                                                                      • Flyers
                                                                        • Event promotion and communication
                                                                          • Updating the Resource Board
                                                                            • Publications
                                                                              • Write, edit, publish and send a Gratitude/Annual Report and two, Spirit Newsletters.
                                                                                • Support the development of the School Yearbook.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
                                                                                  • Ability to brand and provide key messaging within a mission-based organization
                                                                                    • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft products and how to leverage them into the daily workload (Word, Excel, Gmail, Docs, Drive, Photos, etc.).
                                                                                      • Proficiency with video, graphic design, and photo editing tools, digital media formats (i.e. Canva, AdobePhotoshop, InVideo, WeVideo,etc)
                                                                                        • Impeccable time management skills; highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines; ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects
                                                                                          • Ability to make timely decisions and use good judgment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
                                                                                            • Maintains a positive and helpful attitude - team playerEducation and Experience:
                                                                                              • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
                                                                                                • Three (3) + years of experience working with social media in a communications, marketing, or public relations setting
                                                                                                  • Proven experience producing materials for digital communications, social media, websites, etc.
                                                                                                    • Proven experience building strong relationships and trust with stakeholdersJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $73,000.00 per yearBenefits:
