Whisker is searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team. The Marketing team is responsible for all consumer and website communications, partnerships and marketing activations, brand and digital. As the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will drive Email and SMS strategies and executions, creative production and support personalization for our master and product brands You will collaborate closely with Creative, Data, Performance and Digital Product teams. Summary:The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is critical to accelerating the growth of Lifecycle Marketing, as it will focus on three major areas: creative production, planning & programming, and personalization. This role will report to the Lifecycle Marketing Lead and will work closely with our ESP/CDP/SMS partners and our internal Creative, Data, Dev and Marketing teams. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as deemed necessary.

  • Manage day-to-day SMS and email execution, deployments, QA and reporting, using Bloomreach CDP and other tools
  • Coordinate execution of weblayers, web experiments, and quizzes & surveys, and reviews
  • Oversee data collection, data flow, and QA for interstitials, pop-ups, quizzes, etc.
  • Leverage CDP and new ESP features, such as real-time sending, cross-channel journeys, gamification and personalization, to increase customer retention
  • Automate segment-sharing across digital platforms, including SMS, paid-retargeting and push notifications
  • Support email and SMS list growth tactics and list hygiene activities
  • Create dynamic, personalized & easily replicable templates for email, SMS and any new channels
  • Compose Lifecycle creative briefs that clearly communicate business objectives
  • Collaborate with the digital product team on implementing test winners and web improvements that optimize the customer experience
  • Test, learn, and refine all existing journeys to increase customer LTV Requirements & Qualifications
    • BA in Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, or Communications or equivalent
    • 3+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle marketing, preferable for a digital native brand
    • Hands-on experience working in ESP/DSPs and reporting dashboards
    • Data-driven with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Passionate about Lifecycle Marketing, staying current on the rapidly growing field
    • Exceptional multi-tasking skills

      • Bloomreach/Exponea CDP experience
      • HTML and Javascript coding
      • Mobile App marketing experience
      • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
