companies in Michigan! -The Marketing Administrator works as part
of the larger marketing team to offer administrative support across
the department. - This role directly supports the Marketing
Director and each of the sub teams on all administrative and
operational duties. The Marketing department is a fast-paced,
multi-faceted environment. The Marketing Administrator must have
outstanding interpersonal skills who can multitask well and can
manage people and priorities in a group environment. This person is
also responsible for providing various administrative tasks for the
team as well as be the to-go-to person.
Responsibilities:
Support and execute the vision and strategy of the Director of
Marketing & AdvertisingProvide support to the entire marketing team
daily as neededProcess invoices with Accounting; track expenditures
and budget reporting for the departmentDevelop integrated marketing
calendar that includes team building opportunities,
cross-departmental activities, and events; execute and provide
support for aforementioned events and activitiesAct as building
manager - manage requests, mitigate issues as neededAssist with
personnel changeover - onboarding new hires and offboardingProcess
all co-op invoicing and agreements with accountingHandle logistics
for on/off-site events and other tasks as neededAssist marketing
managers with Divvy card expense reports as requestedFacilitate
travel expenditure reports as requestedAct as a liaison between
multiple vendors and departments - internally and
externallyOrganize and manage incoming and outgoing packages to
vendorsMaintain and track office supplies, and promotional material
inventoryAct as point person for cross-functional teams and
continue to anticipate, identify, and come up with resolution for
operational issuesSupport printing and shipping of all dealership
signage for monthly Open HousesSupport the Retail Marketing team
with managing store hours and subsequent changes
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and
coordinationAbility to engage with and create relationships across
business partners, vendors, and stakeholdersCapacity to work
autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment. A
strong team orientation is critical based on collaborative culture
of the department and GRV as a companyStrong organizational skills,
attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in
order to hit deadlinesRequires strong written and verbal
communication skills and a keen eye for detailRequires excellent
critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent
organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and
