Assembly is looking for an Coordinator, Client Experience (Assistant Media Planner) in developing, executing, and monitoring media plans for assigned clients. You will be responsible for gathering and organizing data required to develop strategy and media plans to deliver client work.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and organize data about the brand, consumer and marketplace
  • Assist in budget tracking, management and reporting
  • Learn and apply general and media industry tools and systems
  • Generate paperwork necessary for purchase authorizations
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Active involvement in internal meetings and brainstorm sessions
  • Meet with media representatives to evaluate opportunities
  • Engage with members of the team and agency at large
  • Participate in professional development program/courses

    Requirements:
    • Strong communication skills
    • Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
    • Prior internships within media a plus
    • Solid research and analytical skills
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-task
    • Ability to work independently but also be a team player
    • Advanced Excel, PPT and Pivot Table skills required

        In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $45,000 -$50,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

        In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous PTO plan, 401k program, comprehensive family planning benefits (including paid parental leave), and pre-tax commuter benefits.
