Marketing Account ExecutiveWho You AreYou are an experienced
advertising/marketing communications professional with a track
record of producing on-target messaging for clients. You are a
self-motivated, resourceful individual with a flexible personality,
-able to multi-task (wear multiple hats) and deal with adjusting
timelines, short-turn client requests and multiple deliverables.
You are also a strong conceptual thinker and strategic
collaborator, with an innate understanding of how words and images
go together to effectively convey a message. You enjoy working with
other creatives (writers, art directors, photographers,
videographers) and have always paid attention to outstanding
competitive (and non-competitive) marketing campaigns. You've also
developed a habit of proactively researching background material
over-and-above what a client has provided. Plus, you take real
pride in crafting and presenting great creativity (headlines, body
copy, scripts, calls-to-action, etc.).Who We AreWe're a -marketing

that involves all aspects of the profession, including (but not
limited to):
Liaison with clients, including
creative briefingsDrafting project briefs as needed, as well as be
involved in new business presentationsCrafting your own concepts
and copy (words and images) for sharing with team
membersInterpreting research and audience insights to develop
creative strategies and campaignsFormulating strategies & composing
creative marketing campaign proposals (both print and
digital/multi-media initiatives)Work with internal team to develop
program and project creative concepts, including program themes,
headlines, body copy, video scripts, speeches, blogs, social media
posts, etc.Managing a variety of creative marketing projects and
budgets, which could include trade and consumer print projects,
shows/events, multi-media advertising, new (social) media content,
PR, branded merchandise and moreOversee and execute campaigns and
programs from inception through delivery, ensuring that all
elements adhere to brand guidelines -Desired Skills, Experience &
Qualifications:
4-8+ years creative agency account
management experience with creative and vendor management
collaborationDemonstrates creative thought leadership through
examples of campaigns in a diverse portfolioCan effectively
contribute to all aspects of campaigns from concept development
through execution, including creative, traditional media, new
(social) media, etc.Comfortable participating in internal and
external creative briefings, pitches, brainstorm sessions and
status/production meetingsPossesses strong verbal, written and
presentation skills, and has a positive collaborative
personalityHas the ability to work independently and with a team to
meet deadlinesExperience managing multiple projects, flexibility in
sorting out competing priorities, working swiftly under pressure
and meeting project deadlinesDemonstrate excellent command of the
English language and proofreading skills - understands effective
(and great) copy that successfully engages the target
audienceThrives in a nimble, fast-paced environmentHas kept current
with digital and marketing trends and can apply those tactics to
projectsExperience working in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft
Teams a plusBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising,
Journalism, English or related fieldIf you have excellent
interpersonal skills, are detail oriented and enjoy connecting and
engaging with a variety of personalities, this is an outstanding
