Production Maintenance Technician Location: Dundee, MI Pay Rate: $24–$28/hour (based on experience) Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Employment Type: Direct Hire Clean Tech is seeking experienced Production Maintenance Technicians to join our recycling facility in Dundee, Michigan. Position Summary As a Production Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment used in the plastic recycling process. This role requires strong technical skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
