This is a Monday–Friday role (yes, your weekends are safe), paying flat rate based on your actual skill — not your ability to tolerate chaos. A - Level Tech – Role Overview You're the go-to when things get weird under the hood. As an A-Level Technician , you're expected to solve the tough stuff — advanced diagnostics, tricky electrical gremlins, and complex repairs — and do it with confidence, accuracy, and minimal swearing. Key Responsibilities: Handle high-level diagnostics, drivability complaints, and deep electrical issues Tackle engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and HVAC repairs like a pro Perform advanced testing (pressure, leak-down, voltage drop — you know the drill) Use real tools: Snap-On, Matco, Launch, and actual software like Mitchell 1 and AutoVitals Stay productive and accurate in a flat-rate structure (no cherry-picking here) Be the tech others can count on — and occasionally learn from Keep your bay cleaner than your toolbox at home (we won't tell) Compensation: Flat Rate: $40.00 – $55.00/hr (based on diagnostic prowess and general awesomeness) B - Level Tech – Role Overview You're solid, efficient, and hungry to grow — not just into better pay, but into stronger diagnostic skills.
