This is a confidential search for a company known for its quality, professionalism, and long-term stability in the commercial and industrial roofing sector. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with specifications. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations on commercial and industrial roofing projects. Manage field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct quality control inspections and verify compliance with specifications and warranties. Track progress, labor hours, material deliveries, and project milestones. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate updates to leadership. Qualifications 7 years of experience in commercial roofing supervision, including flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built-Up, Modified Bitumen). Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, safety compliance, and crew management. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job submittals. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop field teams. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across Michigan. OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
