A Senior Designer is responsible for taking a sound strategic approach to in-depth and broad-reaching design solutions. From concept and development through final implementation for all media, a Senior Designer demonstrates a commitment to seeking creative solutions and advancing the level of design throughout the organization. As a Senior Designer, independence and leadership on projects is imperative. Senior Designers create, craft, nurture and protect the visual expression of a brand. They are strategic thinkers, visual problem solvers, expert craftsman, brand consultants and guardians. As cross-functional collaborators, Senior Designers partner with Clients, Creatives, Producers, Strategists, Analysts and Technologists to bring ideas to life. Design can be used to inform, persuade, organize, stimulate, locate, identify, attract attention and engage. Key Responsibilities: Strength in brand design, visual storytelling, information design, spatial organization, hierarchy of information, typography and color Use design and technology to craft beautiful communications to ensure consumer engagement, clarity of message and brand consistency across every media channel Work independently or collaborate with other Designers as part of a team, ushering projects through the development and production phases Work closely with and take direction from Design Leadership, Creative Director and/or Client, to develop and implement design solutions in all media Exercise imagination and creativity of thinking High energy and passion for understanding current brand design tools and trends Coordinate with the Production and Post-Production teams to maintain brand standards for clients Know and apply design standards relative to each project Accurately record time spent on projects Ability to speak and understand the language of design and content creation Strong time management skills Requirements: 5 years of experience in Design Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities RTO Policy - required to be in the office a minimum of 4 days/week Strategic problem-solving skills Passion for detail and ability to handle multiple projects Effectively collaborate with others in the design and production process Working knowledge of the production process Strong technical skills and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite LI-SB2 LI-HYBRID Our Hogarth Values: Hands on No egos here.
