Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist
specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services, supporting
students in grades K-12. This role provides flexibility in
scheduling with a focus on serving middle and high school students,
as well as elementary students. Key responsibilities include: -
Delivering teletherapy services to students across K-12, primarily
middle and high school (35 hours per week), and elementary levels
(15-20 hours per week) - Conducting initial evaluations and
assessments, focusing particularly on younger students - Developing
and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student
needs - Collaborating virtually with educators and families to
support student progress - Maintaining accurate and confidential
records of services provided Qualifications and experience desired:
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license (verification
required) - Experience with telepractice and telespeech platforms -
Strong skills in conducting speech and language assessments
remotely - Ability to manage flexible scheduling and caseload
independently - Excellent communication skills to engage students
and coordinate with school personnel remotely Location: This
position supports students located in Detroit, MI, via teletherapy
