Job Description:
At Edge Fitness Clubs, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing
and electrifying environment that promotes fitness and well-being
not just for adults but also for youths. As an Edge Kids Coach, you
will specialize in delivering engaging and innovative fitness and
wellness programs tailored for children, integrating fun activities
with health education and physical fitness. You'll work closely
with parents and colleagues to craft safe, exciting, and dynamic
experiences that encourage a lifetime habit of health and activity.
Design and implement engaging fitness programs and activities for
children. Educate children about health, wellness, and nutrition.
Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times during
activities. Maintain communication with parents regarding program
updates, their child’s progress, and any concerns. Prepare
age-appropriate instructional materials and activities. Conduct
group and one-on-one sessions tailored to the needs of different
age groups. Proficiency in childhood education methodologies Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create inclusive,
engaging, and educational fitness programs Knowledge of basic first
aid and CPR Aptitude for crafting fun and immersive fitness
experiences Certified in CPR and First Aid Certifications in group
fitness, youth fitness training, or a related area are highly
advantageous
