Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support students in
a K-12 school setting in Ypsilanti, MI. This full-time contract
position offers 37.5 hours per week with flexibility for part-time
candidates who meet the requirements. The assignment begins as soon
as possible with the contract concluding on June 5, 2026.
Candidates must be licensed as an SLP in Michigan; newly licensed
SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) are also encouraged to apply. This
is an onsite role within a school environment, working directly
with students to assess, plan, and deliver speech and language
support. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and
language evaluations for K-12 students Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student
progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student
reports and services Participate in meetings as necessary to
support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Qualifications:
Valid Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or
certification as an SLP Clinical Fellow Experience or interest in
working with diverse K-12 caseloads Strong communication and
interpersonal skills for collaboration within a school community
Ability to work onsite during school hours Location: Ypsilanti, MI
