Battery and Charger Service Technicians will regularly diagnose,
and repair industrial batteries and chargers as needed for our
widely diverse customer base. Battery Service Technicians work at
our facility diagnosing and repairing batteries and other
industrial equipment working with the best team in the industry.
Field Service/Battery & Charger Technicians, trained and capable,
work out in the field at customer sites serving as the point of
contact for our customers, developing a relationship and servicing
their needs on site. Formal experience is preferred but not
required as we offer a full array of training. Someone with the
right attitude, a spirit for getting their hands into and
diagnosing equipment, and a willingness to put the customer first
will excel in this position. There is a wide array of advancement

General Job Requirements/ Duties:
Removes and disassembles to inspects parts to detect defects and
perform repair or replacement.
Use diagnostic tools: Multimeters/ Volt Meters, Amp Clamps,
Hydrometer, Computer, etc---
Use applications to gather information and fill out details of work
performed
Work with industrial batteries and equipment in an industrial
environment
Prepare new product for shipment.
Loads and unloads trucks with forklift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily continuous basis.
Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical
device or with the assistance of another employee.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED at minimum.
Industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience preferred.
Electrical or electronics experience preferred
Battery Technicians will have a basic understanding of electrical
theory and Ohm's Law
Charger Technicians will have a strong electrical, electronics, and
mechanical mindset of diagnostic and repair capability along with a
strong understanding of electrical theory and Ohm's Law.
Ability to learn, (Many skills are specific to the industry)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Field Service Technicians are provided with a company van and
tooling to perform work on-site. As such a valid driver's license
is required. Shop Service Technicians work at our facility and must
at least have reliable transportation.
