frontier of Automotive Technology. The main job responsibilities
will be but not limited to:To leverage expertise/experience in the
given field to provide technical guidance to the internal design
teams for high-performance computer design definition To drive
project teams during ECU designs & developments on specific issues
related to their field of competences To release design guidelines
and keep them up to date in their field of competence To drive the
continuous quality improvement in their field of competence by
maintaining lessons learnt database To drive the analysis by using
the in-house software to determine the best optimum cooling concept
To generate KPIs allowing to measure the overall team expertise
level in their field of competences To drive the internal team
learning/coaching sessions using the material/methodology they will
have definedTo collaborate in a Scaled Agile product delivery team,
comprised of cross-functional company peers to continuously
prioritize, refine, and deploy component To understand Stellantis
Domain team requirements, project milestones, technology
