Job Description:
The Stellantis Connectivity Team is revolutionizing the vehicle
ownership experience through the invention of software products
delivered to customers through a variety of digital touch points
including mobile applications, websites, in-vehicle infotainment,
and cloud systems. The Telematic Control Unit (TCU) Vehicle Line
Release Engineer responsibilities include but are not limited
to:Act as the product owner of the TCU module for specified vehicle
line(s)Define and manage the "component" application development
plan, according to Design Acceptance Checklist (DAC), and per
vehicle milestonesSupport the EE architecture team in their design
activities ensuring no deviation respect module developmentSupport
the technical specifications definition and support the sourcing
process to apply the connectivity components to new vehicle
projectsConduct Technical Design Reviews (TDRs) prior to supplier
program awardManage the supplier in developing, testing and
releasing hardware and software, as well as meeting all vehicle
program milestones, and conducting all releasing
processesCoordinate testing activities, collect all necessary data
for defects triage, and communicate results between the suppliers
and Stellantis Engineering groupsWork with vehicle team for the
component installation/packaging study, ensuring all the
installation requirements are fulfilled or managing deviations
where necessaryDefine and provide installation, production and EOL
procedures to plantWork with the PC to ensure that plant inventory
tools are feed with correct PN's, versions and any other
traceability dataLead the supplier in the defects analysis, define
the resolution plan and coordinate the defect resolution
activitiesSupport the investigation of issues in the plantLead
Quality issue resolutionCoordinate the certification/documentation
activities for regulatory features and Compliance Procedures,
supporting the Homologation tasksPrepare project progress reports
and support their presentation to the managementManage and support
the post launch activities, the continuous improvement releases and
the maintenance phaseTrack bulletins, respond to investigate
bulletins, check if supplier received/responded
