Job Description:
Managing lithium ion cell product development for the FCA
portfolio of hybrid and electric vehicles from specifications to
production. Point of Contact between FCA and Tier 1 lithium ion
cell manufactures for production programs. Plan and execute cell
product development with tier 1 suppliers including DFMEA,
DVP&R and supporting PPAP. Analyze and maintain the performance
characteristics such as power, energy, life and safety during the
product development cycles Support the product homologation
activities and Critical Design Reviews. Perform the engineering
duties under the supervision of senior engineers and technical
specialists to ensure the successful development of the products.
Member of cross function team supporting battery pack design and
release engineering.
