Job Description:
Core Responsibilities: Design & Release Activities Own the
end-to-end design, validation, and release of suspension components
such as bushings, top mounts, and isolators. Develop and maintain
2D/3D CAD models , drawings, and BOMs using tools like CATIA V5 or
NX . Ensure compliance with engineering standards, cost targets,
and program timing . Validation & Analysis Define and execute
DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report) for durability,
stiffness, NVH, and environmental performance. Perform DFMEA ,
tolerance stack-ups, and support engineering changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Vehicle Dynamics,
Manufacturing, Validation, and Purchasing teams . Interface with
suppliers for design feasibility, material selection, PPAP/APQP
deliverables . Program Support Support virtual builds, physical
prototyping, and production launch activities. Manage change
control and maintain customer part release systems. Our Benefits -
