Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and deeply experienced Electronic
Hardware Technical Expert to lead strategic initiatives in hardware
architecture, design, and innovation. This role is reserved for
top-tier technical experts who demonstrate exceptional depth in
electronic systems and a proven track record of influencing
technology direction across the organization. The ideal candidate
will serve as a thought leader, mentor, and technical advisor,
driving excellence in hardware design, reliability,
manufacturability, and performance across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities: Lead the definition and evolution of electronic
hardware architecture for next-generation products. Provide deep
technical expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power
electronics design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(software, mechanical, systems) to ensure seamless integration and
optimal performance. Drive innovation through research,
prototyping, and evaluation of emerging technologies. Establish and
promote best practices in design, validation, and compliance with
industry standards. Mentor senior engineers and contribute to
talent development across the hardware organization. Represent the
company in external technical forums, conferences, and standards
bodies. Influence long-term technology strategy and roadmap in
