Job Description:
Job Description: The Technical Team Leader is responsible for
managing a cross functional team focused on the definition and
development of next generation propulsion systems. They will be
accountable for the technical development and refinement of the
propulsion system of reference Leads risk management and issue
resolution with internal counterparts, expertise network and
supplier team Leads cross functional team members to support the
V-development process through simulation activities Interfaces with
engine, controls, transmission hardware, vehicle platform,
powertrain synthesis and other cross functional teams Leads the
lessons learned of issues until the appropriate update of
standards, tools definition and methodologies occurs Communicates
regularly through oral presentations and written reports to Chief
Engineers, COEs, Component Engineers and others including
