a responsible energy economy. Summary Objective Electrical Field
Service Lead serves as the senior field electrician responsible for
overseeing the electrical installation, startup, and commissioning
of Stellar Energy's Modular Central Utility Plants (MCUPs) at
customer sites. This position helps direct and support a team of
two Field Technicians and acts as the primary electrical authority
on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and in
accordance with engineering specifications, codes, and quality
standards. The role requires a combination of expert electrical
knowledge, hands-on field execution, leadership, and digital
fluency with control systems, sensors, and related smart
infrastructure. Essential Functions Lead the contractor in all
electrical installation activities for MCUPs at customer locations,
serving as the senior site electrician. Coordinate and supervise
the work of two Field Technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring
quality and safety standards are met. Interpret and execute
electrical plans, single-line diagrams, wiring schematics,
mechanical P&IDs, structural drawings, interconnection details,
and control drawings provided by Engineering. Manage startup and
commissioning of electrical systems, including verification of
power distribution, control wiring, instrumentation, and smart
components. Configure and troubleshoot control panels, PLCs, VFDs,
and digital monitoring systems during commissioning. Conduct
site-level QA/QC inspections and pre-functional tests to validate
readiness for system energization. Interface with internal
Engineering, Project Management, and Controls teams to resolve
technical issues in the field. Maintain detailed field
documentation, including redlines, daily work reports, punch lists,
and commissioning logs. Ensure compliance with all applicable
electrical codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), safety regulations, and
Stellar Energy policies. Train and mentor field staff in proper
electrical practices, safety protocols, and equipment-specific

Competencies Expert-level understanding of industrial and
commercial electrical systems (480V three-phase, control systems,
instrumentation). Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and
commissioning methodologies. Strong leadership and team
coordination skills. High level of attention to detail and ability
to produce thorough, accurate field documentation. Ability to read
and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and
I/O lists. Proficient in using digital tools (tablets, mobile apps,
HMI interfaces) and control systems. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Proven ability to work independently in
fast-paced, dynamic field environments. Commitment to safety and
operational excellence. Supervisory Responsibility This position
does not have direct report supervisory responsibilities. Work
Environment Fast paced, time sensitive, stressful, construction
environment where there are no exceptions to the safety and quality
requirements. Large amount of decision-making daily with accuracy
margins associated. Exciting and ever-changing environment of Lean
methodology employed daily. While performing the duties of this
job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne
particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is
occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at
construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and
job sites can be loud. This position is performed inside and
outside with uncontrolled weather conditions. Physical Demands The

employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is
frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or
feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally

crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds
and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and
ability to adjust focus. Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time
position. Days and hours of work are dependent on site/project
requirements. This position may require overtime and occasional
weekend work. Travel The role is at the project site, 100% travel
is required. Required Education and Experience High school diploma
or GED. Journeyman Electrician license or higher
(state-recognized). 8 years of electrical installation experience
in industrial or commercial environments. 3 years of supervisory or
lead field experience. Hands-on experience with electrical startup
and commissioning activities. Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E,
OSHA 1910/1926 standards. Associate degree in technical field or
equivalent experience. 7-10 Years’ experience in Heavy Industrial
Environment as Superintendent or Lead Foreman. Intermediate to
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point,
Outlook, ACC,BIMS 360, Procore, cloud project management platforms,
field daily reports, safety reports Ability to obtain OSHA 30 Hour
Certification and site relevant safety training Knowledge of
quality system, process control, and tool control, etc. Ability to
obtain NFPA70E and Arc Flash Certifications. Preferred Education
and Experience Associate’s degree or technical diploma in
Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, or related field or
completion of accredited apprenticeship (4 year minimum). Master
Electrician license. Experience working with modular energy
systems, utility plants, or packaged mechanical systems.
Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and
SCADA systems. OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications. Experience in
commissioning smart building or IIoT-connected systems. Familiarity
with Medium Voltage Systems (greater than 1000V) Work Authorization
Must be qualified to work in the United States. Must hold a current
US Passport or have ability to obtain. Other Duties Please note
