services, and parts for overhead cranes, rigging, and lifting

safety in every project we undertake. Lift Solutions is looking for
an Install Technician to join our growing team. Duties &
Responsibilities · Layout/manufacturing of electric overhead bridge
cranes · Perform welding tasks on various materials, such as steel,
aluminum, and other metals, using various welding processes (GMAW,
SAW, FCAW,) to meet precise quality standards. · Read and interpret
blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate custom parts
and assemblies for overhead cranes, lifting equipment, and other
industrial applications. · Assemble fabricated components into
final products, ensuring structural integrity and alignment. ·
Inspect and test welds and finished products to ensure adherence to
safety standards, specifications, and quality control requirements.
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fabrication equipment
and tools to ensure optimal performance. · Follow all safety
protocols and OSHA regulations while working in a fabrication shop
or on-site to ensure a safe work environment. · Troubleshoot
fabrication issues and identify solutions to maintain workflow and
quality. Education & Qualifications · High school diploma or GED
preferred. · Ability to read and interpret blueprints for layout,
cut, and various metal shapes and sizes · Proven experience as a
welder and fabricator in an industrial or manufacturing setting. ·
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metalworking processes,
including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. · Knowledge of safety
procedures and ability to follow OSHA guidelines. · Strong
attention to detail and quality assurance practices. · Good
communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of
a team. · Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically
demanding environment. · Driver’s License, required.
