Lead to join our 2nd shift team and help guide operations in a
high-tech, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy problem-solving,

person on 2nd shift, you'll lead a team of machinists, support
production flow, and keep jobs running smoothly. You'll get
hands-on with CNC mills and lathes, set up machines, troubleshoot,
and make sure quality standards are met every time. Along the way,
you'll train and support others—helping them grow while keeping the
