Position Overview: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine a variety of problems on various machines, including but not limited to CNC and ACME machine repair. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical issues on a variety of machines. Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to blueprints, operating, or repair manuals. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensures equipment is well-maintained. Ensure all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures and policies. What we're looking for: Strong work ethic and attention to detail Strong ability to learn and take direction 2 years or more experience in industrial machine repair required Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of time Maintain equipment within various facilities as needed Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred Qualifications: Maintenance experience with similar machines or experience in similar role Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Lift up to 30 lbs. Shift Details: 1st Shift : 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift : 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Overtime may be available depending on production demands. Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. Reliable transportation to the Chardon, Ohio location. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Medical benefits with partial employer contribution. Paid vacation and holidays. 3% matching retirement contribution.
