Description Ensure the correct and safe operation of equipment and
machinery using a computerized maintenance management system
(CMMS). Troubleshoot and maintain various mechanical and electrical
systems, such as mechanical drive systems, conveyors, Forge
Presses, Trim Presses, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and process
water systems. Identify faulty equipment through observation and
testing, gather necessary parts, and perform repairs. Work
collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager to update maintenance
processes and systems. Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize
work orders and ensure minimal downtime. Safely operate cranes,
power tools, hoists, and hand tools. Maintain parts and tools
inventory through parts consumption via work orders and enter job
information into CMMS routinely. Have a general understanding of
electrical systems, including 480VAC 3Ø, 120VAC, and 24VDC, and
safely work around these systems. Maintain electrical, pneumatics,
hydraulics, and mechanical knowledge through ongoing training and
technical reading while adhering to safety and performance
standards. Responsibilities Ensure correct and safe operation of

safely around electrical systems including 480VAC 3Ø, 120VAC, and
24VDC. Maintain knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics,
and mechanical systems through training and technical reading.
Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance or
heavy equipment experience. Advanced understanding of hydraulics,
pneumatics, and mechanics. Basic understanding of electrical
systems. Comfortable with computers. Capable of operating hand,
power, and specialized tools. Knowledge of CMMS preferred. Able to
lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Able to work off shifts and weekends
as assigned. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or
GED. Advanced technical or college training preferred. Military
experience is a plus (engine, aircraft, and heavy equipment
maintenance). Experience with Predictive Maintenance techniques
such as Thermography, Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, and Tribology
(Oil Analysis). CMRT and CRL Certification are a plus. Why Work

attendance policy is fair, with points falling off after one year.
Work Environment Work in a heavy manufacturing facility where the
machining area is temperature-controlled. The production
environment can be loud due to presses and may become hot during
the summer. The company provides hourly breaks in the summer and
fans are set up to help with cooling. The facilities operate on 1st
and 3rd shifts only, with flexibility required for shift
assignments. Hours at the E. 78th location are from 7:00 AM to 5:00
PM. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of
Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$60000.00 - $72800.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of
employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to
