Job Description:

The Machinist will be responsible for producing precision parts using a variety of manual and CNC equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual machining processes and basic CNC operations. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate manual lathes , vertical mills , and surface grinders. Operate and program TRAK K3 EMX 2-axis CNC mills. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings. Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform routine maintenance on machines. Collaborate with engineering and assembly teams to support production needs. Qualifications 3 years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in operating and setting up: Manual lathes Manual vertical mills Manual surface grinders TRAK K3 EMX 2-axis CNC mills Strong blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
