will create, execute, and teach recruitment strategies that will
grow and support our regional teams while also helping to source
key technical and SW roles. With an emphasis on business growth,
you will advise and consult leaders and recruiting teams on how to
hire quality employees. You will also strategize on how to meet
global hiring demands, forecast, and creatively source world-class
talent to continue to support the growth of connected vehicles and
the development of Software products and experiences.What you'll be
able to do:Develop recruitment strategies and recommendations based
on exceptional data analysis and metrics-driven execution.Own and
report recruiting metrics to the leadership team.Align domestic and
international business needs with recruiting priorities.Partner
closely with all levels of the organization, including the
leadership team and key operating partners, to ensure there is a
healthy collaboration with recruiting and all team members.Manage
relationships with internal and external recruitment vendors such
as RPO, independent consultants, search firms, etc.Develop scalable
and streamlined interview processes to qualify candidates in an
effective way.Build strong relationships with cross-functional
teams and be a reliable talent resource to the team
members.Collaborate with business units to build a brand strategy
that will make Ford Motor Company a top destination for
talent.Inform and Influence the employee journey from Source,
Offer, Onboard through to Alumni.Collaborate with HRBPs and
Inclusion Diversity partners to support change management,
business, and cultural transformation efforts.The minimum
requirements we seek:High School Diploma or GEDTen or moreyears
ofTechnical Recruiting experienceTen or moreyears managerial
experience leading recruiting teamsOur preferred requirements:5+
years of experience recruiting in the Software and/ or technology
space plus Corporate In-house Recruitment experience an
assetExperience growing a recruiting team process from startup to
scaleProven success managing difficult searches, juggling competing
priorities, and handling high requisition loads in a fast-paced,
constantly changing work environment.Demonstrated background in
recruitment strategy, conception and development supported by
operational depthOrganizational, communication, leadership and
client service skillsResourceful, detail-oriented and have strong
organizational skillsExperience building andoptimizing recruiting
infrastructures (e.g., recruiting strategy, budget,
tools)International and executive recruitment expertise is a
plusExcellent written, verbal, organizational, and follow-up
