We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Social Connect Account Manager to join our team of Passionnovators!Social Connect is a done-for-you client and prospect nurturing machine for financial advisors. Social Connect is a proprietary system that leverages Social Media & Emails to help advisors stay top of mind by providing credible, current, and compelling communication. As a Social Connect Account Manager, you will be assigned multiple advisors, building towards a book of 80 individual accounts. As this is a done-for-you tool for the advisor, you are their dedicated go-to person. Your goal is to help all of your clients see success with our tool. Your day-to-day activities might look like: doing an onboarding call with a new client, updating client information in Salesforce, helping a client send an email newsletter, doing a compliance demo, having a strategy call to review account performance with a client, doing a Facebook Live with a different client---Job Duties & Responsibilities:* Help manage client accounts on our automated marketing platform* Perform onboarding calls with new clients via Zoom to provide an overview of our platform and their account* Setup Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts when needed* Run paid Facebook ads via Business Manager to target audiences * Perform Facebook Live Q&A interviews with clients * Provide prompt customer service to clients as issues arise* Manage relationships with broker-dealer compliance teams* Analyze account analytics and provide solutions to optimize performance * Use Salesforce to track leads and opportunity information and status* Assist sales team with product demos Required Skills & Qualifications:* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field* Proven experience in various social media platforms, analytics, and management* Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)* Exceptional written and oral communication skills* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentSalary:$40,000 base salary PLUS*Up to $150 commission/account per new members *Up to $20/account quarterly target bonus * $150 commission/account for every yearly renewal Full-Time Benefits:* Health, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance* Flexible Saving Account* 401(k) with company match* Parking permit* Paid time off and vacation time* Career mobility***Please do not apply if you do not currently reside in the Detroit Metro Area***PI135119353
