The main focus of delivery will center around our Audit and Risk practices and ensuring we deliver solid solutions that underpin the overall compliance strategy of Audit within our firm. In this interesting and diverse role, you'll:

  • Work to lead dedicated teams within the ServiceNow Ecosystem. As part of a broader ServiceNow Center of Excellence team you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow leaders and professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and paving the road forward to collectively deliver solutions internally within Deloitte.
  • You'll use or develop skills in many areas including some of the latest ServiceNow spaces such as Governance Risk & Compliance and Integrated Risk Management.
  • You will have the opportunity to interact with management and leaders in a global environment from multiple countries and varied business areas across our organization.

Required:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow or other enterprise grade platform
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supervisory or people management functions
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery and/or operational roles
    • Prior experience with enterprise grade SaaS platforms and their application to business challenges
    • Proven ability to lead delivery across multiple projects and workstreams and perform well in matrix management organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels within an organization with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and understandable executive presentationsPreferred:
      • Prior experience in professional services environment or similar
      • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset
      • Previous experience with regulatory or compliance based technical solution delivery
