Job Description Johnson Electric is looking for a Regional Human
Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager to join our global
team and oversee the operation of our HRIS with a focus on the
Americas. Candidates with Workday HCM and ADP Workforce NOW
experience would be highly successful in this position HRIS Manager
responsibilities include processing employee data, producing
HR-related reports, managing integrations, and ensuring compliance
with relevant local and national regulations. To be successful in
this role, you should be familiar with databases and HR software
like payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately,
you will ensure our HR Information Systems meet our business needs
and are functional and cost-effective. Remote candidates are
considered if residing in the following states: NV, TX, MI, CT, OH,
IL, TN, KY Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation of our HR
Information Systems in the Americas, including Workday, ADP and
related integrations and systems. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of
Workday transactions, providing guidance to HR teams in the region
on optimal use of business processes, implementation of
organization changes, etc. As a key member of global HRIS team,
lead projects to implement new Workday features and integrations in
Americas and globally. Collect necessary data for EEO-1 reporting
as well as internal HR reporting using Workday and Power BI. Design
manuals and document data processing procedures and carry out
training. Provide Workday administrator/user support for Americas
HR teams in use of Workday HCM, Recruitment and Compensation.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Ensure functionality of key Workday integrations especially those
focused on Americas, including ADP, benefit providers, Sterling,
HireFlix, job boards, e-Verify, etc. Support US HR in use of ADP
payroll and timekeeping, identifying and rectifying underlying
causes of errors and supporting change implementation (new
schedules, absence management, etc.) especially relating to hourly
workforce Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support global
operations in multiple time zones. Required Qualifications: Work
experience as an HRIS Lead/Manager or similar role Understanding of
data protection regulations like GDPR Analytical skills BS in Human
Resources Management or related field. 3 Years Workday HCM 3 Years
