The portfolio entails radar, video and ultrasonic sensors, central driver assistance ECUs, driver assistance functions and system solutions for highly automated driving and parking, future driver assistance functions based on data of multiple sensor sources, and driver assistance systems for commercial vehicles.

Job Description

Robert Bosch LLC is looking for a Hardware Project Component Manager (HW-PCM) for ADAS products. HW-PCM is responsible to deliver the Hardwareon time, on quality, on cost.

Job description:

  • Responsible for achieving project objectives of on time, on spec, on budget and on quality deliveries
  • Customer interface for HW topics
  • Responsible for internal meetings and coordinate task with international development team and manufacturing plants
  • Responsible for project andresource planning
  • Responsible for project reporting andescalation
  • Support in requirements engineering
  • Coordinate HW topics during the acquisition phase for new customer programs and will be a technical counterpart
  • Evaluate customer requirements, will coordinate implementation of customer specific design features to fulfill requirements, and will perform requirements management in DOORS
  • 10-20 % domestic and international travel to visit customer, plant, and development locations

    • Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline
    • 3+ years of experience in HW or SW development in automotive domain
    • 2+ years of experience with SW/HW/system project management
      • Master of Science in a technical discipline
      • Understanding of automotive development processes
      • Experience of using planning tools like Microsoft Project
      • Quality methods, such as: 8D, 5x why, FMEA, DRBFM
      • Experience in Requirements Engineering using DOORS
      • Strategic thinking, high goal and results orientation with a proven ability to work under pressure.
