About the rolePontoon is hiring an Account Director to provide
direction and hands-on leadership to the regional corporate
recruiting function. The successful candidate will act as the
central point for planning, guiding, and executing Pontoon RPO
talent acquisition strategies to support immediate and future
internal recruiting needs of the business, identifying

you ll be doing
- Interfacing with client to advise on change, delivering agreed
metrics portfolio, providing business intelligence and proposing
strategic initiatives to improve performance.
- Leading change management initiatives and the organizational
development of the internal recruiting function to ensure alignment
with organizational objectives and needs.
- Working with with regional client stakeholders and functional
leaders to develop and execute annual hiring plans and building a
competitive advantage through strong internal/external employment
brand.
- Sponsoring initiatives to drive the availability of top-quality
talent within the region to ensure the delivery of high quality
talent portfolio management decisions.
- Managing internal, confidential third-party search activities
and delivering in-house recruiting metrics portfolio.
- Measuring and reporting on hiring manager satisfaction and
sourcing effectiveness.
- Developing and administering regional recruitment budget.
- Managing a yearly budget and P&L, including ability to
provide monthly commentary on the financial position giving insight
into status of achieving financial targets. Taking responsibility
to challenge unknown costs, deliver revenue, margin and growth
vision.
- Developing and executing candidate pipeline best practices to
support filling current Pontoon RPO staffing requirements.
- Serving as the primary escalation point for internal and
external stakeholders.
- Proactively managing, coaching, and developing internal
recruiting team members to achieve Pontoon RPO business objects and
professional career goals.
- Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned.
About youWe want to set you up for success! To help us do that,
here is what we are looking for from you:
- Completion of post-secondary education in related field or
years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive
responsibility.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related recruiting and/or talent
acquisition experience with a minimum of five (5) years of multiple
location supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of compliance and reporting of employment,
immigration, and labor laws, such as FLSA, ADA and EEO
preferred.
- Excellent social and communication skills, both written and
verbal.
- Able to mentor, coach, train and/or supervise employees and
foster an environment that promotes personal and professional
development.
- Able to evaluate programs and processes in order to assess
their effectiveness, develop improvements and/or recommend changes
or alternatives.
- Able to own the Profil & Loss within a business and to optimize
opportunities in order to increase account growth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, such as Word,
