Job Description *Change Management:* * Overall owner of the ECP (Engineering Change Proposal) process for awarded customer project.* Centrally steer and moderate all product changes globally as a single point of contact internally and externally.* Responsible for leading change control board, customer change alignment meeting, and customer change reviews.* Responsible for managing change tracker internally and externally. Presents and shares report out internally and externally.* Responsible for properly document meeting minutes, decision requests, and escalations requests.* Eliminates quotation, technical or implementation roadblocks through problem solving or escalation measures.* Writes technical and commercial offers to customer; and tracks decision closure within agreed timeline.* Ensure all aspects of product changes are aligned prior to handing over to Account Management for offer preparation (includes close coordination with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, etc.).Provide proper documentation of product changes to Account Management with all needed input for setting up a commercial strategy.* Responsible for implementation of change (profit improvement) measures for the global account with support of customer team and business unit.* Close alignment with customer-facing Account Manager for coordination of commercial aspects of the project.* Close alignment with project cross-functional team for coordination of all above mentioned main tasks.* Perform various internal commercial coordination tasks in support of the awarded project and in support of the external-facing Account Manager.Drive market/competitor business intelligence for business units to provide strategic input into long term customer account planning. Qualifications *Basic Qualifications:* Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Finance, and/or Business 5+ years of experience with Project Management/Sales experience in automotive component industry*Preferred Qualifications:* 2+ yrs of experience coordinating cross functional activities Change management, acquisition, and/or RFQ experiences. Ford customer experiences. Proven track record supporting large global project team activities. Electronic product experience in the Tier 1 automotive business Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
