  • 8 years in a leadership role
  • 3 years being a leader of leaders

    • Licensed Loan Officer, Real Estate Agent, or Real Estate BrokerJob SummaryAs a Senior Vice President of Business Development, youll be creating, maintaining, and developing relationships with real estate agents, brokerages and Rocket Mortgage. In this role, youll develop one-to-one real estate agent relationships to negotiating an implementing multibillion dollar real estate and mortgage partnerships. This is an opportunity to craft the vision and overall direction of your team.Youll be leading professionals focused on increasing and growing business value through relationships. A primary focus in your role will be on development, mentorship and coaching to elevate the skillset of your leaders.Responsibilities
      • Formulate and implement a real estate strategic plan that guides the direction of their business area(s), in addition to implementing the overall strategic direction
      • Collaborate with stakeholders on partnership value and illustrate business development offerings within Rocket Mortgage and help drive further valuable relationships
      • Communicate and embody the culture, vision and overall direction within their business area(s)
      • Lead, guide and evaluate the work of the team while driving business results
      • Retain and amaze our current clients
      • Organize, plan and prepare for client visits
      • Represent the company in various civic and community functions to support business development initiatives
      • Meet or exceed yearly, quarterly and monthly performance goals
      • Identify, develop and implement strategies to achieve Business Development goals and company goals
      • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships
      • Foster and maintain external relationships with clients
      • Identify and communicate sales team goals and objectives to the Business Development team
      • Monitor Business Development team performance, quotas and activity
