Ally Credit Card is a team that has combined the experience of seasoned talent from across the card industry with advanced analytical and machine learning techniques to develop and optimize our business. Our integrated and entrepreneurial team built the business up from scratch in 2016 to 1MM plus customers, with significant growth opportunities in the future. -This is your opportunity to join our diverse and innovative Ally Credit Card team as we focus on growing the business and delivering compelling products that focus on doing the right thing for our customers.The Credit Card Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the overall brand and PR strategy for Ally Credit Card as well as marketing and online presence for the Plus Finance brand.

The Work Itself

Lead brand and PR strategy for Ally Credit Card; create roadmap for effectively leveraging social, PR, media, and sponsorships for credit cards and serve as the key point of contact interfacing with the Ally enterprise marketing & PR team -Work with internal and external partners on new marketing collateral development -Drive marketing initiatives, communications, and digital experience enhancements for a separate and unique brand used in our Card as a Service business (Plus Finance)Develop strategies to enhance our online presence and drive positive ratings and reviews across our digital affiliates, public pages, and review sites

The Skills You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years in credit card marketing or product management; prior agency experience preferredAbility to think big picture, but also have a keen eye for design and attention to detailExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across internal and external teamsHigh degree of initiative; ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
