Our School is offering a new and unique opportunity for the school director position. This qualified person will be an integrator who runs the day to day operations with a focus on growing the school which will be measured by increasing enrollment and revenue. This person is responsible for staff management, customer experience, finance/budgeting (monitoring revenues and expenses) and overall growth. The customer experience must be at a high-level (internally and externally) to increase brand loyalty and keep the business moving growing.

Responsibilities Director leads and manges all processes and operations of the center. He/She must be be proactive to ensure the success of year around projects, activities and initiatives associated with the school.
Key Responsibilities 1. Increased enrollment, FTE and revenue by a min of 10% annually,
2. Client Management / Customer Service- Develop client loyalty, communication, resolves concerns/complaints 3. Staff Management - Improve staff culture/morale, increase performances, address staffing challenges, classroom training/support, on-boarding 4. Operations - Manage and maintain Primrose, local and state licensing regulations, compliance, and operational procedures. 5. Finance - Responsible for Budget compliance
6. Marketing - need to promote and build awareness in community and increase reputation/brand loyalty.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Education or related field (or higher)
Praxis a plus
3-5 years of customer service experience
2-4 years management experience leading a large team Must be able to multi task skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
