Store Manager

Are you an experienced retail professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive sales? Come and join one of the fastest growing furniture retailers in the country. A Family-owned furniture retailer is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to join their team, taking charge of store performance, customer satisfaction, and staff development. As the Store Manager, you will be a driving force in expanding brand presence and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, select, and train store associates to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Oversee all aspects of store operations and achieve financial objectives
• Ensure associates always provide excellent customer service
• Manage inventory control and ensure proper display and tagging of merchandise
• Train and manage sales personnel to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ensure the store is clean and attractive, and all company policies and procedures are followed
  Qualifications:
  
  • 3-5 years of previous retail experience, furniture industry preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Computer and clerical experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to work a full-time retail schedule, including evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays, with overtime as needed
