As a Sales Service Delivery Director working onsite in Phoenix, AZ,
you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer

to blend the best of the creativity of B2C marketing and the
process implementation of a high volume talent acquisition and
recruitment organization? Do you have a passion about attracting
amazing talent? Do you desire to gain global experience? In this
role, you'll manage a multicultural team that acts like an internal
recruitment advertising agency. You'll build and execute talent
attraction strategy, mange sourcing budgets, work closely with
vendor partners and other internal teams like social media, talent
acquisition delivery, and operations to fulfill the applicant flow
and hiring needs of a fast-pasted, high volume and complex
recruiting environment.You'll report to the Executive Director,
Operations Act as one, as you will encourage and motivate you team
to resolve issues, accomplish goals and influence their career
mobility.During a Typical Day, You'll
- Know the associate hiring needs and maintain advanced,
formulaic awareness of applicant flow needs
- Drive sourcing efforts to ensure budget optimization and
maximize applicant flow to meet client requirements
- Use data results to evaluate effectiveness and marketing
programs and maximize ROI
- Crusade employee referral programs to foster referrals as a top
source
- Manage vendor relationship such as job boards, internet media,
print/production/collateral providers, community partners, job fair
organizations, university and workforce partnerships, diversity
hiring partners, and staffing agencies
- Work with procure-to-pay teams, accounting and finance for
accuracy and timeliness for departmental marketing budgets,
reporting, and accounting practices
- Supervise, coach, train and develop the multi-country talent
acquisition marketing staff, while also contributing personally to
the team resultsWhat You Bring to the Role
- Experience with guiding external, B2C (customer facing or
applicant) marketing efforts
- Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas
- Ability to manage a remote, multi-cultural, results-oriented
team
- Marketing communications and/or recruitment advertising
experience or equivalent combination of education and related
experience
- Previously demonstrated problem solving and data-based critical
thinking
- Experience managing budgets and using advanced excel
- Consultative and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business,
Communications or related field or equivalent experience. What You
