Our Management Team is expanding and we're looking for a talented Assistant Operations Manager to join our Flagship Store in Wixom, Michigan.Responsibilities:WHAT YOU'LL DO

• As an Assistant Operations Manager, it will be your goal to keep business running smoothly while also solving business related issues and to reduce or eliminate future occurrences.
• Partner with the store Operations Manager in executing ongoing operational strategies to effectively and efficiently improve overall store performance.
• Responsible for overseeing entire facility and maintenance, including lot and assisting with inventory.
• Work with Service, Parts, and Sales Managers to interview and staff departments.
• Establish and maintain strong relations with both customers and management at the store level.
• Identify and provide solution for customers.
• Ensure all departments are running smoothly and working together to accomplish organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact.Qualifications:Desired Skills and Experience
  • Prior Retail Management experience is a must. Minimum of 2 years of people management experience required.
  • Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to listen and provide solutions to ultimately finalize sales.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
