Title: -Operations Management Associate
Location: Allen Park, MI
Duration: 12 Months
Position Description:
- Work in a strong and vibrant Engineering support team that
provides reliable, efficient, competitive, and adaptive global 24x7
operational support for 30 applications in 6 Continents, 16
Countries and 40,000 customers.
- Support Change Control Management, Lifecycle Management,
Problem, Management, Rally Project, and Active Workspace. Analyze
system performance, root cause, application issues to proven
downtime and achieve improved customer satisfaction rates.
- Provide new install, Teamcenter 2 tier, 4 tier setup, software
upgrades, Jenkins deployment, releases, CAD integration, IT
maintenance and pilot tests. Administer, monitor, and manage
Teamcenter environments.
- Collaborate with other global engineering, manufacturing, IT
infrastructure and Operations, Siemens, Teamcenter developers and
suppliers.
- Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new
technologies.
- Contribute and enable automation and innovation to utilize
system performances, consolidate the operations and increase team
productivity.
- Contribute to foster an empowered and diverse learning
environment and culture including team cross training, knowledge
sharing, document process and procedures for best Teamcenter
practice.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years of experience in FEDE work environment
Skills Required:
Teamcenter CATIA NX 3DX SharePoint Smart IT/IT Connect Oracle
Database SQL Plus SQL Developer Webex Dynatrace Splunk Java ksh
Putty/MT Putty Google Cloud SRE Jenkins
Skills Preferred:

Experience Required:

5+ years of experience in FEDE work environment
Experience Preferred:
- Good analytical skills with expertise in overall Teamcenter
product and other PDM software to solve issues for end
user.
- Effectively communicate with the customer on a day-to-day basis
through Request Center and Server Desk Tools; Provided off hours
and weekend support on weekly basis.
- Deep understanding of ITO and FEDE operations
- Direct hands-on experience with Teamcenter and Catia OR other
PDM software with strong admin and user support skillset.
- Willingness to work on weekend work and late shifts.
- Ability to prioritize manage multiple assignments
- Be a global team member Passion on curiosity for new technology
and improving the customer experience.
