The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of various operating initiatives. This includes ensuring the team meets targeted KPIs, maintaining current customer accounts, and expanding the regional customer-base. • Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations, focusing on goals, standards, costs, budgets, and established procedures.
• Allocate resources effectively and thoroughly utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Monitor operations and refine policies and programs to improve productivity and quality while eliminating waste and reducing cost.
• Promote open communication among managers and employees concerning goals, performance standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective operations
• Stay current with market demands and industry-specific best practicesMinimum Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge in cannabis or related industry (required)
  • 5 years experience as an Operations Manager
  • Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory processes
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
