Job Description:

Stellantis is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable leader to join the US Customs organization. This position is responsible for supporting all US Customs Compliance Activities for Stellantis. The role will be responsible to create, lead, and provide compliance education and awareness throughout the organization. This person will be responsible for activities as required, such as Drawback, Classification, Value Reconciliation, Country of Origin Determination, managing the service provider(s) and supporting study requests. Functions and Responsibilities:Ensure all Customs Standard Operating Procedures are reviewed annuallyManage CTPAT Trade Compliance Program* Standardize Country of Origin determination for all US Imports and Exports, including Purchase Origin reviewsWork with Legal and Finance teams regarding transfer pricingManage Valuation determination for US Imports and ACS ReconciliationDetermine non-preferential Rules of Origin for Government Affairs and LegalManage Global Free Trade Agreements excluding USMCASupport Global Customs inquiries and projects* Report financial data to managementRepresent Customs on various cross-functional teams at all levels in the organizationManage a service provider for support with Classification, Duty Drawback, and Country of Origin document solicitation and ensuring KPI's are established and meetSupport 3rd party provider to optimize Duty Drawback RecoveryDriving IT Process Improvements that streamline processes and increases compliance EOE/Disability/VeteranPDN-99132239-5a02-4802-b69b-0bf76ac61f31
