In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects, from design and planning to execution and completion. This includes managing the project budget, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in our company's growth and success.Responsibilities:1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, design, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion.2. Manage project budgets, ensuring that all work is completed within the established financial parameters.3. Coordinate with various teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to ensure that all project objectives are met.4. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.5. Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that all agreements are fair and beneficial.6. Conduct regular project reviews and updates, reporting on project status, challenges, and achievements.7. Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the company's quality standards.8. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.9. Ensure that all construction activities comply with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.10. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, promoting open communication and collaboration.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.3. Proven experience in budget management, construction estimating, and project planning.4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.5. Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiation.6. Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.9. Proficiency in project management software.10.
